At some point, if you’re going to grow that means hiring people. At the beginning, no worries - you can have open-ended contracts for up to 10 employees, because there’s no heavy protections around firing people. That’s why our contract is open-ended 👐

With this document, you generally just need to put in the job description, salary, working hours & vacation time.
There’s a couple of things you need to watch out for:
- When you hit 10-employee threshold, there are more protections for employees
- In Germany, you have to register all of your workers with the Federal Employment Agency (Arbeitsagentur)
