You’ll probably work with independant workers on your product, designers, devs, that sort of thing. Unlike employees, freelancers are not part of your company.
This is important for two reasons: (1) They are free to choose when/where/how they work and (2) as they contribute content, the IP they produce does not automatically belong to your company.
Our template makes sure these two points are covered so you (1) your freelancer isn’t going to be requalified as an employee by the government and (2) that the IP they produce is transferred to your company.
